These programs are for Wage Earners, Self-Employed Borrowers, and Investors with more than 6 months of experience in property investments.

  • Profit & Loss (P&L) Loans – Qualify with CPA/CTEC/EA-prepared P&L, up to 85% LTV, loan amounts up to $4M.
